Culinary Storyteller leather journal for the foodie or chef

An exquisite variety of hand-made papers from around the world - Florentine, Tassotti, and Cavallini from Italy; Chiyogami and Katazome-shi from Japan; lokta from Nepal; Hahnemuhle Bugra from Germany; khadi cotton rag from India - all masterfully made sheet-by-sheet, all hand-torn to preserve deckled edges.

In between each handmade decorative page are 4 pages of archival soft white plain page paper.

Covers are made from natural raw leather full of character with an aged, rustic, one-of-a-kind look and distinctive pull-up.

Natural leather develops a rich patina over time and may darken, soften and develop variations in color.

Each scratch, scuff, and crease tells a story, adding depth and personality to the leather’s surface.

When desired or needed, “Leather CPR” (easily purchased through Amazon) can be massaged into the leather to restore its moisture and erase scratches.
